Casting Bridge Crane

Casting double girder bridge crane trolley single structure, mainly by the bridge, the car hooks beam, running carts and electrical components, the main hook extract means a fixed pitch hook beam for lifting the ladle, with auxiliary hook to cooperate with the main hook to finish pouring the molten steel, slag and other auxiliary lifting work.

Traveling mechanism and the main electrical equipment are installed in the main beam, main beam electrical room using rock wool insulation, built with chillers. In order to reduce the molten metal structures heat radiation, the main span direction along the bottom of the beam with a heat shield.

Carts run structure using the four corners of drive form.
