Application:
1. It delivers clean water or other liquid similar to water in physical and chemical properties (without solid particles).
2. Water feeding of high-pressure boiler and other pressurization perposes. It is suitable for feeding water system in power station.
Construction feature:
Type DG pump is single casing segmental multi-stage centrifugal pump, consist of four main parts as stator, rotor, bearing and shaft seal.
Stator parts: It mainly consists of suction casing, stage casing, discharge casing and diffuser.
Rotator parts: It mainly consists of shaft, impeller, balance kettle and shaft sleeve.
Bearing parts: It mainly consists of bearing box, bearing cover and sliding bearing. There are two single centripetal ball bearings in bearing box to prevent balance disc (kettle) from abrasion. The sliding bearing is lubricated by diluted oil, there is a cooling chamber in bearing box and the bearing can be cooled with external water.
Shaft seal parts: Soft packing seal.
Mechanical seal can also be used according to special requirements. The mechanical seal needs to be cooled, lubricated and washed by exterior water.
Drive: Pump is directly driven by motor through flexible coupling.
View from motor end, the rotating direction of pump is clockwise.
