Rigid polyurethane foam system for panel insulation
B2 fireproof blended polyol
continuous
Good flowability
Rapid demould
liquid component for fireproof polyurethane foam
B2 class fireproof blended polyol for polyurethane (PU) cored continuous panel
General description
The product is a mixture consisting of polyether polyols, silicone stabilizer, flame retardant and catalys, using HCFC-141b as foaming agent. It is a light yellow liquid at room temperature. It has been developed to produce B2(DIN4102-1) class fireproof polyurethane (PU) cored continuous sandwich panel in conjunction with polymeric MDI.
Typical properties:
Good flowability, density uniform
Fine and uniform cell, high closed-cell rate
High compressive strength
High and low temperature dimensional stability
Rapid demould
