Description
YXNZ is the special enzyme used for chemi-mechanical pulping and long fiber pulping. It is extracted from three special-effect enzymes and is suitable for the range of pH 5.0-8.0 and temperature 22-65 °C. Based on its effects to fibers in pulp, YXNZ can make the fibers absorb adequate water and expand and promote fiber brooming, so reduce the energy consumption in the subsequent pulping process. Because the fibers absorb enough water and are fully expanded, they become soft and thickening, and increase the bulk and flexibility. At the same time, YXNZ can re-combine the fiber fines, which is conducive for water draining of wet sheet, can reduce the fiber fines content in white water and improve the recycling rate of white water, thereby reduce consumption and clear water usage per ton primary pulp. YXNZ has certain stripping roles to slime pulp adhered in the system, long tome use can make the entire approach system of paper machine more, avoid the paper flaw such as color spot and paper breakage phenomenon resulting from slime pulp, reduce the cleaning frequency of forming wire and blankets and prolong the life of forming wire and blankets.
WHAT IS YXNZ?
YXNZ is a special formulation of enzymes used for chemi-mechanical and long fiber pulping. Made from three types enzymes with desired acitivity suitable for a wide range of pH value and temperature, YXNZ can make the fibers in pulp absorb adequate water which makes it expand and thereby promote fiber brooming. Energy usage in the ensuing production sequences is reduced considerably. This means lower production costs. YXNZ makes fibers absorb enough water to make them expand. This makes the fiber soft, thicken and helps increase bulk and flexibility. YXNZ can re-combine fiber fines to the long fibers in pulp making water draining of wet sheet more efficient and this can reduce the fiber fines content in white water and improve recycling rate of the system. This also markedly reduce water consumption. YXNZ has certain stripping capability on slime pulp adhering to the system. Long term use makes the entire production line more efficient and reduce paper flaw such as color spots and breackage.

APPLICATION & DOSAGE:
Optimum dosage is 45g to 70g per ton of pulp. For best results, the dosage should be determined and decided through experiments according to the real objective conditions.

APPLICATION & DOSAGE:

PACKAGING:
YXNZ is packaged at 25 kg. in fibre drum. Alternative packaging is available upon request.
STORAGE:
Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight. Storage at 25°C maintains its potency even after 12 months. Do not freeze YXNZ. If properly sealed and correctly stored after use every use, the reduction of its activity will be no more than 10%. Keep out of reach of children.
HANDLING:
Contact with YXNZ with skin and eyes should be avoided. If leakage occur, wash with water. Use clean and dry implements and utensils when accessing and transfering YXNZ from the container for use. Wash hands with warm soapy water thoroughly after handling.
