Moisture absorbant masterbatch

General description

If don't get rid of moisture in raw material of plastic, it will cause bubble or water wave on the surface of finished product during the process of heating. Traditionally we use electric drier machine to achieve it, but the time is longer, waste of material, high waste of electricity, therefore, the cost increased.

Anti foaming master batch is our new developed initiate technology function master batch in China. The function is extract moisture effectively from PE/PP plastic during the process of molding. It can keep the quality and rate of finished product, promote production rate and reduce energy waste.
