Forged fittings are machined from solid forgings. The quality of the fittings is critical in that they are designed to withstand higher pressures. In designing forged fitting, the most important factors are: uniformity of wall, wide bands, sharp threads properly chamfered and unrestricted flow.
The forged fittings are widely used to connect hoses to valves, water pressure pumps, and deck drains, as well as in chemicals, fats & fertilizers, sugar mills, and distilleries.
All our forgings are inspected before being passed to shipment. Accurate records are kept of every fitting, from initial forging bar to forging, heattreatment, machining, storage and shipment.
