1. Machines are designed for automatic production and can be customized to produce blocks of specific size and density. 2. Utilize a double-stage bead feeding operation to shorten filling time and to eliminate unfed or unmolded corners. 3. Steam vent slots on the stainless steel molding chamber wall are cut with laser to ensure a smooth supply of steam. 4. Metal piping is used for water and steam connections. The use of flexible hosing is eliminated to improved reliability. 5. An industry-first rail system is adopted to open and close the molding chamber, minimizing impact and distortion to the chamber and increasing its serviceability. 6. As an option, an adjustable chamber wall can be added to produce blocks of different lengths.
