QTZ105(HS5516P)塔机是由我公司开发研制的大型塔机。该塔机为上回转、水平臂架、小车变幅、无塔帽、液压自升。额定起重力矩为1050kN�m，独立架设时最大起升高度为43.5m，加附着最大起升高度可达170m，最大起重量为8吨，最大幅度处起重量为1.6吨，最大幅度为55m。

该塔机最大特点：（1）标准节片式占空间小，运输费用低。（2）塔机整体强度高，塔机大部分材料都采用了Q345B（锰钢），使塔机的使用更安全，使用寿命更长。（3）由于采用独特的设计，使得整体塔机上部重量减轻，迎风面减少、受力减小。（4）塔顶采用平顶无塔帽设计，更能适用交叉作业的要求，能更充分利用空间及塔机的有效高度。（5）前臂独特的设计改变了以往前臂的受力状况，不再受拉压的交变应力。（6）前臂的变换方便，不需前臂落地即可进行空中变臂。同时节间的连接也非常简单。（7）大大降低拆装塔机对所需起重设备起重能力的要求。平头塔机由于取消了塔头，其单元质量小、安装高度低，最大安装高度可比同级的其它塔机降低10m以上。普通塔机安装吊臂时必须在地面上先将臂架、拉杆等全部连接好再进行整体吊装，此时对起重设备的要求最高，要有很大的起重量和起升高度。因为臂根销轴连好后还要将大臂抬高许多才能将吊臂拉杆连好，安装吊臂拉杆时容易出现安全事故，而平头塔安装则彻底被改善。该设计还充分考虑特殊用户的需求，采用了多种基础形式，尤其是该塔机可根据客户需求制作成行走式，扩大了适用场所。
