Dripper Filter and Reorder unit

We adopts centrifugal principle to reorder dripper, with high precision choice and high speed reorder, which could make sure dripper supplying during production.

Dripper Transportation track

It is made of aluminum alloy and form in once pulling, with high precision, easy to maintain.

Dripper distance can be set 300mm、400mm、500mm、1000mm、1500mm.

Extruder

Screw and barrel material adopts 38CrMoAlA, Nitriding processing, screw diameter 50mm, L/D: 30,

Four zone heating, high efficiency temperature control

High efficiency screen changer, no need to stop to change screen.

Dripper insert unit

Belt transportation, with air fan blowing, which will increase dripper friction and more stable. Dripper insert with help of push bar, which make sure dripper distance more precision. After heating through the mould, dripper can stick well with hose wall, long life-span.

Vacuum calibrating unit

Portable control water tank

Material that connect with water is stainless steel, and we also have humanized design of water tank cleaning, save time and energy.

At the end of water tank, there is drying unit, automatic drying, easy to package.

Haul off unit

Dripper irrigation line adopts special floating haul off unit, and it is closed structure, with adjusting guide locating device. Because dripper exists, so hose diameter is not even, this kind of haul off machine can guarantee touching area of belt and hose, make pulling more stable.

Punching unit

It adopts machinery punching mode, which can catch dripper position automatically, tracking dripper moving speed and adjust punching area, with high precision.

We make improvement of punching blade, with good effect.

Winding unit

Double station winding with automatic reorder, easy to operate
